The Roof is 4.0 mm (6 ga) hot dipped galvanized steel with anti-condensation spray on the ceiling of the interior. The Floor is 3/4” marines grade plywood sealed with polyurethane, water based, non-slip, non-toxic and non-odorous coating.

Only 10,000 lbs on the base of the unit is allowed.

Our storage containers are rated for 120 mph winds and 60 psi of snow load on the roof. Snow damage is the responsibility of the renter. When the delivery or pick up takes place - the snow must be cleared away and around container.
